All of your orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

• Free shipping for all the orders above Rs 700
• Shipping charges of Rs 50 for all the orders below Rs 700

Return Policy

After the receipt of payment from the Buyer/cash on delivery as the case may be, ThoughtAxis Solutions Private Limited shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Please do not accept a package that is damaged or open. Once accepted, it cannot be returned. In case of unaccepted packages, we will send out a fresh one.

At Angadi of Spices, we does not accept cancellation requests for food products. We assure you of maintaining the highest quality standards with respect to our products and its packaging. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. 

All the return/refund requests must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or immediately thereafter. Any such returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and the item must be in an unopened and sealable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on used products.

Kindly allow one to two weeks for any refund requests to be processed.
