Refund & Return Policy

At Angadi of Spices, your satisfaction is important to us. As our products are perishable and food-grade in nature, we follow a strict no return or refund policy once the product is delivered. However, we understand that mistakes or damages can happen, and we’re here to help make it right.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order ID and delivery date

Email us at contact@angadiofspices.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9686522278. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We may issue a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product was damaged in transit
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing product in the order

Please note: Minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma due to batch-wise differences in natural spices are not considered defects.

3. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Opened or used products
  • Customer’s dislike of flavour, aroma, or taste
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
