Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

🚚 Shipping Timelines
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
In case of delays due to external events (weather, service issues, etc.), updates will be shared via our homepage or direct communication.
📦 Shipping Charges (Prepaid Orders)
- Orders below ₹399: ₹70 shipping charge
- Orders ₹399 and above: 🚚 Free Shipping
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for orders up to ₹2000. and Charges are as follows:
₹70 for orders up to ₹399
₹100 for ₹400–₹999
₹130 for ₹1000–₹1999
📌 No additional shipping charge is applied on COD orders. The COD fee mentioned above is the final delivery charge
📍 Shipping to Remote Locations
For customers from Andaman, Nicobar, or Lakshadweep,

📦 Responsibility for Delivered Goods
Once your order is paid for and delivered,
responsibility for the goods transfers to you (the customer).
We recommend inspecting the parcel at the time of delivery.
🚫 Refusing COD Orders
You may refuse a COD order only if:
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product arrives damaged

- Kindly communicate your reason to the delivery agent.

- Repeat refusals or undeliverable parcels may result in account restrictions.
